I was really honoured and surprised to be chosen to show our presentation to the whole of our course. It came as a shock to me because the other chosen presentations and brands that were created were of a really high level, I thought our brand was good but i was a bit unsure whether other people would like it, or even get it!

It was very nerve racking performing infant of the majority of the course, however it was exciting to display all of our hard work and to share with everyone else what we had been working on. I think that it was exciting to get feedback from the industry/panel of professionals.

We were given really good feedback following our first part of the presentation which focused on our main idea and insights. The panel said that they liked the fact we had been influenced by our trip to London and how we had explored our insights of Fiorucci, 80's graphics and experiential brands such as Threadless. They said that we looked in depth at this and it was clear how our idea to target millennials by using an experience to influence their creativity was a really great start to the project.

The second presentation that we performed was based on the outcomes stage of our project. The panel said that they really liked our store mockups and how we used a step by step process to describe what exactly was going to happen in our experiential store. It was clear how the consumer was going to plan out their day of creating a unique and personalised fragrance.

The panel also said that they really liked our photoshoot photos because they reflected the colour palette of our brand really well and presented creativity. Our images were made to show the consumer stepping through ripped up paper, connoting them bringing out their creative side by making their own perfume. We wanted to present a fun nature to our brand and provide an 80's graphics feel to our design.

They also really liked our instagram outcome, because all of the content on the feed worked well together and featured gifs which are important for interacting with the consumer and keeping the content interesting and unique.

Overall i really enjoyed the group work for our perfume project, i learnt that it is important to collaborate with your team members and to produce new and innovative ideas together. If i was to improve on this project next time i would work harder on the outcomes stage by making them look more professional and working on the development of my photoshop skills.
