Unmissable Summer Experiences

Despite the trip not being very cultural, it is a personal experience that I wanted to quickly touch on and blog about! During my summer holidays I made the most of the long period i had between breaking up from college and to going to uni! I spent 5 weeks working (partying) in Aiya Napa. I guess you can say that I’m very much a party girl and I love living life to the fullest, visiting cool places and having as much fun as possible. Prior to this trip I also visited magaluf for a week and in the spring holidays I went to a festival in Malta.
Obviously, my intention when I went to these places was to party and find a job where I could have that happy medium. When first arriving in Napa with bestie Scarlett, we had a walk around the clubs and bars to get a feel of our location and scout out some possible places in which we could work! Our rep directed us to a club/bar called ‘Kahlua’. The layout was interesting and the people were majorly friendly (some who I have made friends with for life). The lady who owned the place immediately asked us both to work for her and we started a week later after having the first week as a holiday! In total Scarlett and I only managed to last there for about a week between us, because we were more interested in going clubbing with are new besties Hope and Abbie. We made enough money to do this and having blagged ourselves as ‘workers’ we usually gained free entry to clubs and discounted drinks!

One thing that I was surprised about was the amazing places that were hidden around Aiya Napa (in Cyprus). Unfortunately we were only able to find these places in our final week, however I’m still glad we managed to experience them! The first place that we came across was Adonis baths and waterfalls. A few friends and I hired out a car and drove to Paphos in which we visited the most enchanting place. It was litterally incredible and that’s speaking lightly of it. We spent the day soaking up the views and the sun, walking up the rocky waterfalls and cliff jumping from the tops of the waterfalls. The water was so fresh and beautiful so obviously we managed to capture some gram-able images! This was probably the best day we had on holiday despite all the amazing memories we had made before. It was definitely worth the long drive!
Aside from this another highlight of my trip would have to defiantly be our many trips to nissi beach! Voted one of the top beaches in the world, it was a location that was a major vibe and an unmissable day out. The shallow waters go on for meters which made us able to walk about the sea and lounge about sunbathing in the cool breeze. Overall it was the most amazing 5 weeks that I have ever had and it was an amazing break away after the hard studying from previous years! 100% a holiday destination that I could consider as my summer home! I will defiantly return in the foreseeable future.
