New Years Resolutions

As its almost time to celebrate the New Year i thought it would be a fun idea to muster up some 2018 resolutions. Im always a goal getter and i want to improve continuously, so i thought this would be the perfect time to set some goals. My 2017 resolution was to stop spending so much money on food, this was particularly on fast foods and kebabs after a night out! I purely wanted to have a healthier lifestyle considering drinking alcohol was going to alter my health enough! To start this off i spent my 2017 beginning with dry January (it was a very poor attempt)- purely as i had just turned 18 and was excited about going out. I did however cut down as much as a could of fast foods and i definitely noticed the difference in my bank balance.
This year i have realised that i'm young and i want to live the best life i can! I am completely happy with my lifestyle and my mental health and i just want to continue these efforts into 2018! I don't think theres any point changing something that already works- as they say laissez faire (leave alone). Im young, i love to party with my friends and i want to carry on doing what makes me happy.
As Kylie Jenner would say, 'this is the year of like realising things'. Aka, realising that i don't want to change and i'm happy with who i am! Obviously without making any drastic changes there is one particular goal that i am going to set myself. GO TO THE GYM- without being obsessive i do know that i need to work out, not because i'm over weight, because i want to be fit and healthy. With being at uni i do consume a LOT of alcohol, so the best thing to do is burn off those calories at the gym and make sure i don't damage my body with the effects from alcohol!
Happy new year everyone!
